Interruption of Tour Operations
We at Veronality take the current situation responsibly and we are doing everything in our power to protect our employees, customers and our workplace. All employees suspended their office work and, if possible, they are partially working at home.
Seat arms and seat backs are wiped off with sanitizers and all brochures have been removed from vehicles.
A hand sanitizer kit is available for all the vehicles and pocket size hand sanitizer for staff working outside the office as well as disposable gloves. We have placed hand sanitizer at bathrooms and common rooms at the head office.

Rescheduling and Refunds Due to Travel Restrictions
Rebooking Bonus: We know how disappointing it is to have to postpone your travel plans. As a token of our gratitude for your loyalty, when opting to rebook a tour, you will receive a Credit of 10% of your original booking cost. This credit will not expire and it can be used towards any additional tour booking. Kindly contact us via email or telephone to reschedule your booking.
Refunds: Due to the extenuating circumstances surrounding COVID-19, our current processing time for refunds is 30-90 days. We appreciate your continued patience, as we are working as quickly as possible to process an unusually large volume of requests.
Under official orders by the Italian Government, all of our tours in Verona, Venice, Milan and Turin will be suspended until April 3rd.
